its a sad situation all around

I (of course) would like the problems to go away.
but we have had these problems before & will again.

since I cant assist in even a minor way I post these notices
and try not to seem demanding or disrespectful in any way.

I hope I have manged to do that
and may not post further since all that can be
done probably is being done.
