Gifs tend to be OK but straight photos not so much, except for the occasional shot. If mOOse is suspicious he'll play safe and delete. He is reluctant to wage a lawfare battle and I don't blame him as they can be expensive.
Pretty much. It's difficult to justify as fair use posting pictures you've found on the web without much else going with it. It's easier with GIFs, especially if you include the name of the actors/actresses in it or the production where it came from.
