wow thats pretty vague
i mean, maybe i just dont know what movie this is from and the movie its in this line is really significant
but i mean, i could probably go find 10 movies in 10 minutes with this line in it. its kind of a common phrase.

thats my favorite movie 
when it first came out on vhs (oh god i just realised that movie is so old it didnt even come out on dvd when it was first released) i bought it and watched it way too much. at one point, years ago, i could have recited that movie from start to finish, without it playing.
being a wild guess you could be right. i havnt watched it in a while, but i dont think he says exactly that during that scene.
the only thing i specifically remember him saying is "jesus christ, that things real"
but you could stil be right! im not trying to come down on your guess im just thinking out loud
p.s. to the original poster, Nietzsche is without a doubt my favorite philosophers of all time. "ah women.... they make the highs higher and the lows more frequent" one of his more humorous quotes but one of my favorites, and quite relatable.
