What I can not do is post a reply (quoted or not) in three threads I've tried to.

Still just checking this site out. I joined over a year ago but never verified (not sure why). Verified e-mail today. Allmost paid 10 eu but it was some payment site I never heard of (probably European) and with my luck every time I try to run any of my CC on a European site it's blocked. If I try the exact same transaction twice I'll get a call from the CC company and have to explain myself - then with them on the phone I can get it to go through. This has happened many times with AMEX, MC, VISA from different banks. The only thing that goes through is rapidshare because my bank VISA company specifically permits less than $100 US to go through to rapidshare.
Wish you had PayPal or something like based in the USA. Not really interested in explaining to some human from the CC company I would like to join a forum.
I know my brother-in-law doesn't have this problem but then he worked in London for a year or so back around 10 years ago. He buys things all the time and they never block or call unless it's over $1000 and then just an automated fraud alert call check.
