I just thought this should be out there...TEAM...92 were all guys who understood team....not like a lot of the glory seeking brats in the NBA today....The TEAM would have won

Read an article yesterday saying how the '92 team didn't show team work at first. Most teams in the NBA have 2 or maybe 3 mega stars and their egos. The '92 team had 12 megastars and their egos.
The article also talked about how the coaches couldn't let the squads scrimmage for to long or they would all be trying to kill each other. They were all that damn competitive.
The '12 team is good. But I don't see that same drive in them. I know a few have it, but not all the members.
Another thing to remember, the '92 team was a statement team. It was the first time NBA stars could play for the US in the Olympics. The rule changed after the '88 games, where a bunch of college kids only got Bronze. The world wanted to see what our best could do. We showed them.

Sooo, I love the '92 team and I believe as far as attitude and raw talent goes, they were better. However, I have to give it up for the 2012 team, mostly because Nat here is raging completely at anyone who disagrees.
I'm scared.

Sorry it was the ladies playing, tonight Team USA play Team GB. Will be interesting to see how both teams play.
Team GB lost by 25 I think, not bad considering Basketball is a minority sport here in the U.K.

Did anyone watch the game last night? The young guy from team USA Anthony Davies impressed me, what was he 19 or something and that athletic. Russel Westbrook impressed me to, he looked hungry and again extremely athletic.
On a side note, one of the ref's is someone I now and the table official was a friend of mine, he runs the very small Basketball league in my homeland.
Also you have to bear in mind I play Basketball but don't watch much NBA as its on ESPN over here which is expensive!
