Seems reasonable to me. Psychological problems are real and if they have a physical cause then there is no reason why the patient shouldn't have the physical cause addressed.
I assume that there would be little difference in the actual cost for different boob sizes. The operation cost would stay the same, with there being negligible difference in the cost of the actual insert.
Would it have been news worthy if she'd gone from a 32 to a 34?

psychological problems mabey, since they try to teach people to be comftroable with their body thats a strech, since she has been flat chested for sometime. A womean that has had physical damage, uneven growth, or unusal effects from aging would have much better chance at claiming this. Also the fact she is saying it has stopped her from being a model, that means they would have to sponsor every surgey that could possibly get someone their dream job,.
