Getting drunk often makes people with self-esteem issues feel better as well, but it's pretty temporary and not even slightly effective long term. (Fun, but not a problem solver) I doubt there are many, if any, cases where implants will solve self-esteem problems. Probably better to spend the surgery money on some sort of counseling if you want to fix that sort of thing.

If she is a 35B or larger, she doesn't need implants. But I feel it might be she wants to feel better about how SHE sees herself.
