Interesting topic (and not only because it's about boobs haha). I've only slept with 1 girl who had implants. They were placed in her boobs (not submuscular). The scars weren't really noticeable, but they looked... off. They weren't too big or anything, but at certain times when she moved, you could see them move up, and then that "edge" of the top of the implant would push up on the skin, causing them to look really fake. (Personally I can't stand the "softballs under saran wrap" kind of fake tits that just sit there under the skin like rocks. Ugh.) They were nice to look at, but in action they did some weird stuff haha. Felt like there was a tiny balloon floating around inside her breast when squeezed lightly.

I've had the pleasure of feeling a friend's submuscular implants through a bikini top though, and they felt very natural, except you could still feel that solid kind of pressure near the top, knowing that there was something underneath. Looked real, felt real (for the most part).

Most of the boobs I've seen/touched are natural though. Gotta love the fact that you can manhandle em as much as she wants, without fear of bursting or misaligning something haha. As long as they're big enough to fill a hand, I'm happy haha. :P

Fake tits are fine, as long as they have that natural slope, and not that "implant shelf" where it looks like you could rest a book on it or something, I'll think they look great.

Implants are perfectly acceptable. They can look and feel good.
It's all about the shape not the size.

Keep an open mind because one day, your wife may want to talk about it.

For me, I definitely prefer natural tits. However, there are some amazing enhanced chests out there that don't look so obviously FAKE. For example, Alice Goodwin doesn't look fake to me however they have been enhanced.

I have never touched the fake ones so I can't say for sure. I generally prefer the look of natural tits but what a woman want's to do with her body is cool with me. My rule generally is,
if she's hot then I like what she's got.

personally i like naturals for the main reason because later on in your years they'll totally start rotting and looking so unnatural on your body but if the girl is that uncomfortable with her size then get a bit of a bump but nothing too ridiculous

mine are still squishy but i only went up a size so there's still a lot of natural boobage natural big ones are best though
