Help Bring Leisure Suit Larry Back to Life!

if you know who larry is, then this is aimed at you. i remember playing the first one when i was just a kid. well, the ex-sierra team led by Al Lowe (who from my email exchanges seems to be as nice as he looks) have launched a kickstarter project to bring larry back to life!

they plan to start by remaking the original larry game, then if all goes well making a brand new adventure.

in case you don't know how kickstarter works, you pledge some cash (you can do so at various $ levels) and then once the game is made you get it for free along with any other goodies that are on offer at the pledge level you chose. if the project fails to reach its goal then you simply don't end up getting charged.

right now it's at $271,339/$500,000 after 9 days, with 21 to go.

I got hit by the cop three times before I learned to zip my pants. Larry was a lot of fun to play. Here I come.

My favorite scene was in LSL6(the hotel) when you are trying to get the keycard from the gym teacher. If you clicked on her shirt enough times you would eventually tear it off and see her boobies. Then, you would be killed. Totally worth it.
