As you've probably noticed there's now a box to the left with the last few days of updates from the main page. I've added this in an attempt to integrate the forum/main site more and I know some people check out both so now they see what's new without leaving the forum.

Of course while some people will like it I realize some people will not, so I've made it possible to remove it as long as you have a full or premium account (basically if you're any color but light blue). If you've got a light blue account and the box really annoys you then you can either upgrade your account to premium so you're able to remove it or post worthwhile contributions and hope to be nominated.

To remove it:

Click on the User CP link.
Click on Edit Profile.
Tick No on the question that says "Show latest from S&F?".
Click on Save Changes.

The box should now disappear and everything should be back to how it was. You can always re-enable it later using the same process if you choose to.

If you encounter any problems with the way it looks/works let me know in this thread.

Thanks, but removed it. I'm on a laptop and I use CTRL+ for larger font, so it was taking up too much screen...

i've also just changed it so it pulls up new stuff from all sections daily, not just what's featured on the homepage. michelle adds 3-4 (pro) galleries daily so it might come in handy for those that still miss Babe Post.

here's how it looks on my screen, as you can tell i've got plenty of horizontal space to burn (massive image warning):

Having to pay for the videos i can understand up to a degree but making the forum worse then it was and not reverting it unless you pay is stupid.

And before you start sqawking "GET PREMIUM NUB" Please consider that some people are not in the financial position to buy premium.

uh, your screen looks like that because of the massive pic i posted and the automatic resizer not kicking in on the reply page. nothing to do with the new box, all that's done is push things about 120pixels to the right. i suggest you think before you post next time.

i removed mine, i always check out the actual site before going to the forum so for me, its unnecessary, nice idea though

when I use 1680x1050 it's of course no problem, but when on S&FF I mostly change res or increase textsize because text is very small in high res (waiting for payable 30' widescreen..

).

Good you changed it DD, now you know that when your screen widens the nerd has posted again something experimental on that page...

Nice idea. Will keep it for few day to check out. I like contents on main page, but always forget to check once I log in the forum.

mOOse, one out of topic thing. You said in sticky in videos forum that from now on we can see poster's name at main site. I just saw and downloaded Surprise in Elevator video, but poster's name wasn't mentioned there.

I have a screenshot of that whyyyyyy. So won't let you forget either

when I or Michelle add the video from admin, it isn't shown. when another user does, it is.
