I never understood that. For one thing, I think Ron Jeremy is funny looking at best. Maybe this is just my own bias, but I would think the ladies (porn stars and otherwise) would prefer more traditional Hollywood good looks (eg - Viggo Mortensen, Johnny Depp, etc), just like guys tend to gravitate toward girls like Jessica Alba and Hef's Playmates over the ladies of the "true" porn industry. But, even then, I'm speaking only in general terms -- not only are there always exceptions, but taste and beauty are totally subjective.
