I think I know whats happened you know when some people break the speed limit when they think no ones looking well this guy must have been thinking "I know what no ones looking I'll break the height limit"

I thot it was a tide chart mistake, but if you notice at the very first - the bridge was up and is coming down. I think he tried to rush under too late.

Except, I thot raised bridges stayed up until boats passed, as boats are more difficult to stop than vehicles. I wonder if the bridge authority had to pay for the boat?
