I have a ridiculously large (120-180 MB) video of these same girls and a bunch more in a steam bath or something like that. I feel like a horse's ass when I watch it because while it might be "legal," some of them are clearly under 18 and I'm not watching it thinking, "A-ha, the fundamentals of nudism in action. I will watch this and then write a critical analysis of the naturist movement and its principles for the purposes of my own intellectual fulfillment."

However, if it's a nudism video and courts have ruled that it's legal "innocent poses," what are you to do about it? I mean, it's as easy for one person to whack off to a nudism magazine as it is for another to do it to, say, Bugs Bunny (see my signature), so I guess one can't judge by what someone could do with it. I guess that first video isn't porn (not sexual in any way)) and therefore can't be child porn either. Worthwhile arguing over, and I'm interested to see what others say about it.

Hopefully a site like this is enough to illustrate what I was talking about with the video. Some of the girls look old enough, some obviously aren't, they never do anything remotely sexual in nature, but (in my opinion) it's still sort of wrong.

Just to clarify things a bit, you're right. It's not Ukranian. It's Russian. These girls are from the Holy Nature series. They're from St. Petersburg, Russia. The one on the left is Gina. She was about 16 at that time. The one in the middle is Paula. Yes, she was young - abut 14 at that time and I forget the name of the one on the right but her age was in the middle somewhere. That's what I know. As far as legality goes - yes it's legal because of it's naturist intent (quote post at beginning of this thread) but why are you watching it? What are you getting out of it?? There is no pornography here. In fact some of the movies are quite well done. Even though they lean a bit to the girls, they also include family and other recreation events too. Hey guysjust so you know, I went to jail over having this series on my PC.. I DL it from Kazaa not really knowing what it was. The whole movie is like 45 minutes..I was accused of somethign I didn't do so the law came in and ransakced my house and took my computer.. On my computer i had ALOT of porn (all legal fo course) and out of teh thousands of pictures and movies the prosecution picked this one and 2 other pictures that they thought were "questionable" This movie was thrown out becasue teh statute clearly says that the subject has to be doing soemthing sexual and nudism is ruled out. I actually love the nudist lifestyle and was considering becomign one. Anyways.. After the whole ordeal was over ( i was found innocent) I decided not to save anything anymore (which iswhy i don'tpost-- sorry). So technically yes its legal, but gurantee you if the law finds on yoru computer, (especialy with a whole bunch of porn) they are gonna assume your a pedafile and try thier best to lock you up. I hate the law.

The point of that section of the First Amendment is that a child's naked body is not classed as a target of sexuality. It's just a naked child. Period.

It's just sickos with a warped sexual development who think the other way.
