Yes, that would be concidered hardcore by most stores... a good rule of thumb is if it could be shown on HBO or cinemax, it's softcore.

I work at an adult video store (that has a pretty strict "No softcore" ordering policy) and basically, if there is penetration shown, (penis, finger, tongue, fist, foot, dildo, vibrator, baseball bat, whatever) or genital contact in general, then it's considered hardcore by the adult industry (and therefore you can't buy it at FYE or media play).... Relatively tame and "vanilla" as far as some all girl porn goes, but yup it's hardcore.... But still F-ing hot!!

Oh, btw, if it were softcore, then there'd probably only be some lame side view where you see one of their foreheads peeking over the side of the other's thigh, or maybe a chest-down view not showing any actual crotch contact, but implying a hell of a lot.
